Meet Our Team
Scotty Paul Reed, M.D.
Dr. Reed is a native of Tupelo and graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1998 with honors. He then attended the University of Mississippi Medical in Jackson, were he obtained his doctor of medicine. He continued his Emergency Medicine Residency in Jackson and completed his medical studies in 2006. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine by the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Reed is a resident of Oxford and enjoys his work, family and music.
Stephanie Barrett, MSN
Stephanie Barrett graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Nursing in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She continued her nursing career at the Mississippi University for Women where she received her Masters of Nursing in 2000. Stephanie’s nursing experience includes OB/GYN, Surgery and Emergency Medicine. Stephanie is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She is also certified in ACLS and PALS.
Tracy Smiley, MSN
Tracy Smiley graduated from Mississippi College in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her nursing career includes experience in critical care and surgery. In 2006 Tracy graduated from Delta State University with a Master of Science in Nursing and was board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She currently enjoys serving the community of Oxford as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Lisa Bishop, DPN
Family Nurse Practitioner
Lisa Bishop began her career as a Registered Nurse in 1998. She attended Mississippi University for Women, where she obtained a Master of Science in Nursing in 2010. Throughout her career as a nurse, Lisa has worked and gained experience in many settings. She worked at the University of Mississippi where she was a Health Nurse for enrolled students and currently serves pediatric and adult patients as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
